Needing a home inspection or commercial inspection in the Orlando or central Florida area?  When you need an inspection, you don't always have the time to meet and interview different home inspectors.  That's why I wanted to take the time to introduce myself.

My name is Chad Bordner and I am the owner/operator of Elite building Inspections.  That's me in the middle.  The beautiful lady on my left arm is my wife Jody and on my right is my amazing daughter Alyssa.  I am a family man who is passionate about traveling, dogs, houses and anything with wheels.  

I have dedicated the last 30 years to real estate, home renovations and building inspections.  As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice and strict code of ethics, which puts your interests first and insures you receive a thorough and accurate home inspection.
